“A Day in the Life” is a project focused on the use of HTML5 canvas. The animations and aesthetics featured in each of the 3 canvas were intended to embody the time of day that each canvas represents.
When “REPEAT” is clicked at the end of the series of visualizations, the viewer is taken back to the beginning of the “day”, and the cycle begins once again.
This concept was influenced by the cyclical, repetitive quality that has been incorporated into many of our daily lives. It aims to characterize the changes in energy and mood that manifest throughout the day just to repeat again the next day.
